Other Menu Items

Food that we ate on the day of the review

Grills from 7 countries

Actually, I didn’t really know what it was, but these three were delicious (I guess it was from Brazil)

Thai
Includes seafood, river prawns, tiger prawns, squid, salmon belly, steamed blue crab, and scallops. The sizes are not so big, but they are fresh. The seafood dipping sauce is spicy and intense.

Japan
Include welcome dishes, where you can choose between Wagyu beef or stove grilled salmon, with yakiniku sauce. I saw some customers getting this dish, but I didn’t. So sad.

China
Golden needle mushroom wrapped in bacon with mala sauce and sprinkled with additional mala powder. I didn’t try this item, but the mala sauce was tongue tingling. It was delicious.

Korea
Used premium grade pork neck, skewered and grilled with pineapple bits, and dipped in Gochujang sauce.

Argentina
Wagyu beef marinated with the hotel’s secret recipe, and served with Chimichurri*** sauce.
***Argentinian and Uruguay style sauce.

Brazil
You can choose between beef, pork, and New Orleans-styled grilled chicken.

grilled BBQ pork ribs

America
Slow grilled BBQ pork ribs, tender meat, delicious sauce.

Dipping Sauces

Dipping Sauces Choices
We tasted 4 types, namely mala, seafood, Gochujang, and yakiniku. All of them had their own unique smell and taste. All of them are highly recommended.

Chinese Food

Dim Sum
Pork Dumplings

Pork Dumplings
Stuffed with 50-50 pork/shrimp and topped with crunchy shrimp roe. The flour was not overly thick. It’s good.

Shrimp Har Gow

Shrimp Har Gow
Generous shrimp stuffing (some contained a whole shrimp), the flour was not overly thick, and was simply delicious. Too bad the prawns weren’t so crunchy.

Pork Bun
The filling consisted of smooth minced pork, and the dough was soft and thick. Delicious, but one should be enough.

Red Pork Bun

Red Pork Bun
Soft but thick dough. The filling tasted okay.

Grill Station / Grilled Seafood

Grill Station / Grilled Seafood

For the Grill Station and grilled seafood, just tell them your table number and then just sit and wait to be served.

Grilled Salmon Belly

Grilled Salmon Belly
Grilled crispy skin, soft tender meat. Dip it in the seafood sauce. It’s absolutely great.

Grilled River Prawns

Grilled River Prawns
Not so big, but fresh and has a moderate amount of shrimp fat. But you have to strip it by yourself.

Grilled Beef Tongue
Soft and tender, not the springy texture. Has a very strong beefy smell.

Thai Food

Various spicy salads which are constantly changed.

Spicy Corn Salad

Spicy Corn Salad
Very intense. Salty and spicy are prominent. Also got a light whiff of fermented fish (maybe it’s just me).

Spicy Seafood Salad

Spicy Seafood Salad
Tastes similar to the spicy winged bean salad. Salty, sweet, with a light touch of spiciness. The presence of coconut milk helped smoothen the flavor. In my opinion, I think this menu was a bit too mild.

Pickled Salmon with Fish Sauce

Pickled Salmon with Fish Sauce
Good, soft salmon in mild fish sauce.

Larb Moo (spicy minced pork salad)

Larb Moo (spicy minced pork salad)
Very delicious. The pork was tender. The salad was rich with a spicy fragrance. Highly recommended.

Grilled Pork Neck

Grilled Pork Neck
Soft and tender, very tasty with its melted fat. The flavor was a bit mild.

Som tum (Papaya salad)
Prepared fresh plate by plate. You can specify your taste preference to the chef.

Japanese Food

Salmon Sashimi

Salmon Sashimi
The pieces are not large, but they are fresh and soft. Medium quality.

Rice with various raw fish toppings

Rice with various raw fish toppings
There are crab sticks, salmon, shrimp roe, and tamagoyaki (Japanese sweet omelet).

The rice was not too sour and the flavor was enhanced by the soy sauce and wasabi. Small servings and is not overwhelmingly filling.

Sushi and Rolls

Sushi and Rolls
Didn’t taste any of it ^^

Chashu Crispy Pork Belly
Chashu Crispy Pork Belly

Chashu Crispy Pork Belly
Crispy skin, juicy meat, melted fat, dipped in seafood dipping sauce to lessen the greasiness. Pack with calories. Eat first and burn later, is the way to go.

Shabu

Shabu
Shabu

Here, we can help ourselves to the wide variety of vegetables. After that, you can choose pork or beef to your liking. Also include an Onsen egg or not, is up to you.

Soup option is only limited to sukiyaki soup (dark sauce), which comes with a sweet and salty flavor.

Seafood

Oysters

Oysters
Doesn’t look very attractive, but fresh. Comes with complete condiments. Ready for your selection for anyone who likes it.

Steamed crab

Steamed crab
A bit small but fresh. Suitable for anyone who likes to take time in tearing out the meat.

International Menu

Pizza
Mushroom sauce pizza, salty and creamy, has a light scent of truffles. Should be eaten while hot where the dough is still crispy.

Spaghetti with Grilled Mushroom Sauce on parmesan cheese

Spaghetti with Grilled Mushroom Sauce on parmesan cheese
Stir-fry until cooked and then mix in a large piece of cheese. Mild salty taste, light truffle aroma, intense cheese. Recommended.

Desserts

Desserts

Brownies
Dark chocolate, bitter and intense, moderately sweet. My personal favorite.

Toffee Cake
The cake is light and not too dry. Gives out an intense caramel aroma. Packed with cashew nuts. A bit on the sweet side (but I like it).

Grilled Bananas
Tasty. Sweet and not too dry.

Croffle

Croffle
Place orders at the dessert station chef. There are two flavors: lemon and pandan leaves. Very small servings. Tasty. Worth a try.

Mango and Sticky Rice

Mango and Sticky Rice
Juicy coconut-steamed sticky rice, with sweet and sour mango. Orders must be placed at the dessert station chef.
